The word ‘outreach’ is defined as the extent or length of reaching out. It can further be defined as the activity of providing services to any populations who might not otherwise have access to those services. A key element of outreach is that the groups providing it are not stationary, but mobile. In other words, they are meeting those in need at locations where those in need are.

Community Impact Outreach is focused on helping individuals and families in need right where they are. It is centered on serving and giving to others in a way that demonstrates real love and care.
